Shipping Policy

When items are described with Free Shipping or Freight Freight, shipping fees are covered by EzipNzoom.

We reserve the right to choose the shipping vendor we consider most appropriate for your order. 

Once the order is shipped, a shipment confirmation email and shipment tracking will be sent to your email address. ( We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.) It may take multiple business days to deliver.

We are currently only shipping to the 48 contiguous United States,(excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories) .

Our products are carefully packaged and protected for easy transport. When purchasing our products, we will try to ship your order in one box, but sometimes we need to send multiple shipments. Please do not worry if you do not receive the products at the same time.

*Special circumstances such as large orders, new product launches or days of restocking may result in extended shipping times. If this is the case, we will note the estimated shipping dates before processing your order so you have an opportunity to change or cancel the order.

Shipping Policy

Tracking and Delivery

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when products are shipped.  It is your responsibility to be up to date and contact the shipping carrier for any delivery date changes. We are not responsible for any shipments deemed unable to deliver by the carrier.

Please note that once the products are delivered, EzipNzoom will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Please note that EzipNzoom will not be responsible for any items lost, stolen or damaged as a result of the actions or omissions of the freight carrier, including but not limited to FedEx, USPS, and UPS.

Shipping Changes & Cancellations

Before shipment (Same Day):

You can cancel your order by contacting dsmezip@gmail.com during business hours by (Central Standard Time 2:00 PM) on the same day you place the order. Cancellations are not confirmed until you receive a valid confirmation email from our customer support team. A 3% merchant processing fee will be deducted (this fee is not collected by us).

Change of address: Free if order was placed the same day and we are contacted during business hours (Central Standard Time 2:00 PM).

Any Change to Products on Order: Free if order was placed the same day and we are contacted during business hours (Central Standard Time 2:00 PM).

After shipment:

Order Cancellation:  For any order that has been assigned a tracking number and sent to you, there is a 5% processing fee and a $150 recall fee. In addition, the freight charges incurred by EzipNzoom will be deducted from your refund.

Change of address:  IF we are able to change the ship to address a $150 rerouting fee is required prior to changes. 

Change of model: If you choose to change the model or product after the original order has shipped, we require a $150 recall fee plus the original freight costs incurred by EzipNzoom.

Rejected shipment:

If an order shipment is rejected and sent back to us via the third party shipping service, we reserve the right to collect:

  • Original Freight Costs
  • 5% Merchant Fee
  • 20% Restocking Fee
