Returned Goods

How to Return items for Exchange, Refund, or Credit:

At EzipNzoom, we want you to feel confident buying from us. We simply request that you follow these requirements or procedures.

1. The returned merchandise must be new, complete and in the original packaging. All accessory items must be included with the product or no refund will be provided.
2. You will be charged the total cost of shipping the item to you and the cost of shipping the item back to Shop Tools Outlet.  Note: Free shipping items are not exempt from the original shipping costs paid by us from being deducted from your refund.
3. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
4. A restocking charge will be based on 20% of the purchased product price on all returned items.
5. The return must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
6. Please include a copy of your original invoice with your return.
7. Please indicate if you would like an exchange or refund.
8. Securely pack the product and send it with the shipping and insurance charges prepaid to the shipping location provided by us.
9. Return Authorization must be requested by emailing us at dsmezip@gmail.com

A refund will be issued to the customer based upon inspection of your return and these requirements.
